Using the count link

The Count link enables you to find the number or count of records from a schema that lie within a specific area. For Example; you have created a drivetime and want to know how many of your customer postcodes lay within it.

To add a count:

• Within the Data tab, locate the schema you want to find a count for, then right click and select Open Browse

• Right click anywhere in the browse and select Add Column.

• Double click on the link to the schema group that holds the data you want to count. This is likely to be User data

• Find and double click on the red link to your schema then select Count

• Click on the > button to move it to Selected Expressions

• Select OK and a column will be added to your browse showing the count of items within your catchments
