Adding Town Name to a Browse

There is a table within Postcode Sectors and Districts called Town Names. This contains the Town name and Post Town name of every sector in the country. The Town name column lists the suburb name, and the Post Town name lists a slightly wider area; usually the town allocated by the Royal Mail.

To add the Town Names:

• Open a browse on Postcode Sectors by right clicking on them and selecting Open Browse

• Double click on Postcode Sectors

• You should be able to see a table called Town Names. Double click on this

• Highlight the columns Town Name and Post Town by using the Ctrl key on your keyboard, then drag into the open browse
