Deleting Rows from a Table via a Browse window

This tip details how a single row, or a group of rows contained within a table can be deleted via an InSite browse window, however, the data to be removed must have originated from the user. Any data supplied by CACI cannot be deleted.

Note: Once data has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved.

To delete rows:

• Within the Data tab, find the schema you want to delete from, then right click and select Open Browse

• To delete every row, click on the Select All option within Row

• To delete a specific group, select the first row, hold the Shift key on the keyboard then select the last

• To delete individual rows, select each using the Ctrl key on the keyboard

• Right click anywhere in the browse and select Rows| Delete Rows then select Yes
