Highlighting selected rows within a Browse

This tip will detail how users are able to highlight selections in a browse window, making the selections more visible, ensuring that you have selected the right rows of data from the outset.

As a default, when rows of data are selected, a red tick is placed to the left-hand side, but the text font and colour remain constant.

We can change both the font and text colour to make selections more easily visible.

  • Within the Home tab select the Options icon under Configure.

  • Next select the Browse Tab on the left-hand side

  • Click the three dots next to Selected Row Font

  • Choose your selection font and style. Now, when you select a row, the text/font will change making selected rows more easily read.
